Do I Need to Forgive God?

The following letter is from God.

I want you to know that I am fully aware that you need to forgive Me.  As far as you see it, it is Me that has caused you the grief.  You think that I am in charge of everything and that I can do anything that I want.

If I wanted to, I could have seen to it that your rent was paid and you were not kicked out into the street.  You prayed and asked me to watch over your daughter, to make sure that she did not get into any trouble.  Since you asked Me, that should be all that it takes for your daughter to have an easy life.  Then she becomes pregnant, is dumped by her boyfriend and you want to know why I did not stop it from happening.

There are wars going on in different parts of the world.  Men, women and children are being maimed and dying as a result of the tragedy of war.  While our nation is going into debt helping other nations, I am not making the government take care of you.

So many times you have asked Me for things that are so necessary for your life and as near as you can see, I did not come through for you.  I did not answer your prayer.  I did not meet your need.

I, Almighty God, am asking you to forgive Me.  Allow your relationship with Me to be restored.  Come back to My arms and allow Me to embrace you.

Realize that I love you, that you are so very important to Me.  The very essence of Me is to do all I can to help you succeed.  I have a destiny, a dream, a hope for you.  I desire above all that you prosper and be in health and that life goes well with you.

I ask your forgiveness for my teachers who have led some astray because of their personal opinions of my Word.  I ask your forgiveness for my children who say that they love Me and are living My Word, who in actuality are doing their own thing.

Take a fresh look at My Word.  Allow My truth to permeate the innermost part of your being.  Allow that truth to be planted in you to grow in you, to be the power to set you free.

Know that I love you, I sent My Son to die for you; to pay a price that you could not pay.  I gave my best to deliver you from your worst.  I desire your rent to be paid; I do not want you or anyone else to live on the street.  I heard the prayer for your daughter.  I warned her not to go out with that guy.  I even inspired you to tell her not to go with him.  I will now encourage her not to have an abortion so that your grandchild can live.  I will have my angels watch over the child and protect him as much as he will allow Me to.

I love the world and every man, woman and child in it.  I am willing to ask you to forgive Me so you can be restored to Me and you can again see how much I love you and then you can come to the fullness of revelation that I have forgiven you.

Come all you who are heavily burdened and I will give you rest.
