Dear Pastor Bill Krause,
I would like to send you my praise report of what the Lord has done for me. Thank you for the encouraging words I received in Prenzlau, Germany and in Switzerland. I keep them in my heart.
The following week (after Prenzlau, Germany) I took one day to spend with God, to seek Him and find out what he would like to do in me. In the morning I studied the bible. The Holy Spirit began to speak to me through the bible reading. Finally I was rededicating my life to the
Lord (I was reminded of what you have been preaching about on Sunday in Prenzlau).
I can't describe exactly what the Lord has done in me
this day, but I started to see fruits of it during the last weeks. It has become much easier to spend quality time with God, I hear his voice more clearly and direct, when I read the Word of God it speaks to me in a new way and it's easier to overcome things in my life. This day I had a personal encounter with God and I see the changes in my life. I'm very thankful for that.
I do have another praise report to give to you. You said that as an effect of the seminar it can be that we will get a raise at our job. On Tuesday the following week (after Prenzlau), I was talking with
my friend Manuela about a secretary at our office who quit the job. Since some weeks I knew that she will leave the company but I put the thought of taking that job away.
That evening my friend encouraged me to ask the Lord about that, so I did. Quickly I began to see, that it would be good for me and the company if I would take this job. So I went to the managers and told them about my thoughts and asked them for the secretary job (I work for this company since over 6 years at the switchboard). To make the story short, I got the secretary job! Till now I worked 3 days a week, with the new job I will work 2 1/2 days a week, so I have half a day more to work for the church and the salary I get for this new job will be the same I had before as I was working 3 days for the company. That actually makes a raise of 450.- CHF (about 400$) a month, that is a really good raise. I'm looking forward to work from January on more for my church and have a better job at the company!
God has been so good to me in the last weeks! Thank you for the seminar in Prenzlau, thank you for this wonderful study guide and handbook we got. It is so good to open up the first page again and begin to study. And thank you for coming to Switzerland and ministering to us!
